The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the location was also convenient, being close to many restaurants and shops. the hotel offered free wifi which was a nice perk.
Our Christmas stay was not very pleasant. the room was extremely small and outdated, with uncomfortable beds and poor sound insulation.

The good thing is that it is near the shopping, Florida and alot of restaurants.
The Reception was really bad, They los our luggage, then I called to as to turn the ac down, it was ice cold in the room, and they didnt do it.. I hade to sleep in a cold room, Really bad. The breakfast was nothing. Probably the worse hotel Ive stayed in. It is not a 3 star hotel. u will probably get so muc more for the money in another hotel.

Perfect location in the heart of the city, walking distance to key tourist spots and shopping areas. Affordable pricing and breakfast included in the package. Friendly and accommodating staff, always ready to give helpful tips and recommendations.
A bit noisy at night, could use better soundproofing. Limited space in the rooms, especially for luggage.

They staff helped with taxis, and getting to and from the airport with ease. They moved us to another room with ease when we requested so.
As it's in the city center, its very noisy. No airconditioning in the room, only centralised. The bathroom had a funny smell due to the drain.

Good position, but the street of the hotel it's not so good in the night. Rooms are clean.
Is this a 4 stars hotel?? Are you kidding me? -staff is rude and unfriendly -nobody in the hotel speaks a single word of English (I speak Spanish, but the most part of the visitors were in trouble). -the A/C in the rooms is very noisy and you can't turn off or regulate it even if you are cold. -WiFi is not free. 6USD per day to connect and the connection was barely working. -the 70% of the rooms have the window 3 meters far from a huge wall (you can't actually see the sky all day long) -rooms are VERY small (if your luggage is open you have to jump to reach the bed) -the hotel has 10 floors (about 12 rooms per floor) and just 2 lifts for 3 people a time each. This means that if your room is at the sixth floor, to reach the reception in the morning you have 2 options: use the (very dirty) stairs or wait the first available lift (10-15 mins). Again: is this a 4 stars hotel?? My opinion is that you can accept all of this in a 2 stars hotel, not in a 4 stars. DO NOT GO IN THIS HOTEL! You can easly find nicer accomodations for the same price!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable for the central location and the level of service provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering suggestions for special occasions like anniversaries. The rooms may not have been the largest, but they were functional and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

Very small room, no AC (centrally controled but was off during our stay in early spring in buenos aires in which temperatures drop to 9 degrees celsius at night) Very noisy room in which you could hear everything, which included the beep sound from the elevaTor everytime it stopped (and not just in our floor), wifi and breakfast paid separately(but we already knew this)
Small room, noisy, early check out, no breakfast and wifi included in the rate, much better options in the area (5 block ratio from the obelisco) for the same price, for eg we stayed at boutique zen suites and hotel de las americas for the same rate (around 500pesos per night incluidinh the 21% tax)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a lovely area. The location was perfect, with shops, bars, and restaurants all nearby. It felt safe, with police officers patrolling the area and a lot of movement throughout the day. The room itself was well-ventilated and had plenty of natural light, making it feel cozy and comfortable. Despite not being overly large, it was perfectly sized. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of choices and hot food available on request. It was a great start to the day!
Everything was just as I expected, no issues at all.

I recently had a short stay in a hotel in an amazing location, right in the heart of a lively area with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room, while not the largest, was clean and well-ventilated with comfortable beds. I was pleasantly surprised to find a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. Plus, the breakfast included in the rate was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
All was just fine, nothing to complain about.
